New brochure out with a brand new look

Our new brochure is out now and has a brand new look! Following an audience survey, we’ve listened to what you asked for and made lots of improvements that we hope you’ll find helpful. All the events in our brochure are now listed in date order, with different ticket prices clearly shown and discounts highlighted. We’ve also included a new key guide marking different genres across our programme.

This autumn sees the return of two much-loved companies to Nottingham; Northern Ballet bring a whirlwind tale of adventure, romance and intrigue, The Three Musketeers, and Opera North with a brand new production of Puccini’s Tosca, followed by a revival of Lehár’s comical operetta, The Merry Widow.

We’ve got plenty of drama at the Theatre Royal for you to get your teeth into with Rebus: Long Shadows, a new Ian Rankin story exclusively for the stage, plus silver screen favourite, Shakespeare in Love, based on the award-winning screenplay starring Judi Dench, Joseph Fiennes and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Grayson Perry, Dave Gorman and Levison Wood will be delighting audiences in the Royal Concert Hall with insightful evenings of discussion , comedy and adventure, whilst music fans will be spoilt for choice with Rick Astley, Kate Rusby and The Star Wars Saga: Music from Episodes 1-8.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a trip to the panto and this year we’ve got the perfect swash-buckling adventure, Peter Pan. If you’ve got little ones, they’ll love the feel-good and funny musical, Nativity! featuring all your favourite sing-a-long hits from the movies.

Our free Live at Lunch events are back with great lunchtime music concerts and of course, our Nottingham Classics 18/19 season opens in September with a fantastic selection of stunning concerts from The Hallé, BBC Philharmonic and Sinfonia Viva to name a few.
