Hearing Assistance

Both the Theatre Royal and the Royal Concert Hall have an infra-red Sennheiser transmission system to relay sound to customers with impaired hearing.

Headsets and Neck Loops are available free of charge from the Access desk in the Theatre Royal or the Cloakroom at the Royal Concert Hall for every performance. Please inform our box office staff that you intend to use this service when you book your tickets so you can be advised of where to sit to get the very best reception on your headset.

Please see further information on our Headsets and Neck Loops below – you can also view seating plans showing which areas of each auditorium receive the best transmission quality.
