Yarn Bar
Yarn Bar is located on the ground floor of the Theatre Royal. As well as the warm and welcoming bar, Yarn offers a unique open-air roof terrace, perfect for drinks on a summer’s evening, with views over the city skyline. Everyone is welcome, whether you are seeing a show or simply passing by. Please note that Yarn accepts card payments only.
Across all bars we offer a selection of vegan drinks: stout, lager, cider, ale, house wine, prosecco and gluten free options such as bottled lager, cask ale, cider. Please ask the bar staff for more information on your visit.
Opening Times
Monday to Thursday: 11.30am – 11pm
Friday & Saturday: 11.30am – midnight
Please note Yarn is only open on Sunday and Monday when there is a show performance.
Foyer Bars
There are several bars in both the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall offering a range of drinks to enjoy pre-show and during the interval. Don’t forget you can save time and skip the queue by pre-ordering your interval drinks once you arrive at the venue. Please note the bars only accept card payments.
Opening Times
All of our foyer bars open an hour before the show starts (when doors open) and close after the interval.
