Getting Here

Located in the heart of Nottingham city centre, there are many options on how to get to us.

Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are located on Burton Street at the rear of the Royal Concert Hall (GPS nearest postcode NG1 4BU) and on Wollaton Street near the Royal Centre tram stop (GPS nearest postcode NG1 5FW).

The closest drop off and pick up point to our venues is the lay-by outside the main entrance of the Royal Concert Hall on South Sherwood Street  (GPS nearest postcode NG1 4BY).

Parking in the lay-by is not permitted and the area is monitored by Nottingham City Council to ensure that vehicles do not utilise the area as general parking.

Q-Park Car Park

The nearest car park to our venues is Q-Park on Talbot Street, which is 3-minute walk from our venues (postcode NG1 5GG).

Our customers can access reduced rates by pre-booking a parking voucher with us, giving you 8 hours of parking for just £7 (usually £15). Please note, this rate is only available through the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and there are no time restrictions from when the 8 hours start. Parking spaces are subject to availability – pre-booking a parking voucher does not guarantee a reserved parking space.

  1. Purchase your parking voucher in advance
  2. Park in the Q-Park Talbot Street car park on the day of your visit – you will be issued a Q-Park parking ticket on entry
  3. When you arrive at our venue, head to the cloakroom and present your show ticket, parking voucher and the Q-Park parking ticket to get your parking ticket validated
  4. When you exit the car park use your validated Q-Park parking ticket to exit. Additional time can be paid for at the barrier on exit
