From as little as £30 per year, Membership gives you access to a fantastic variety of shows and exclusive rewards including ticket discounts, priority booking and offers at nearby restaurants.
Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or come along with a group, there’s a Membership that’s right for you. You can also surprise a friend or family member with a Gift Membership (available on all levels), the perfect present for theatre lovers.
You will receive a membership welcome email within 48 hours of joining which includes a personalised e-membership card. Your membership will become valid immediately. You just need to log in to access membership discounts and pre-sales.

*Multiple tickets can be booked during and extended priority booking periods for both the Premium Individual and Premium Joint Memberships. Membership ticket discounts will apply to one ticket for the Premium Individual and two tickets for the Premium Joint Membership.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Memberships Ticket Discounts / Priority Booking
Members are entitled to the following discounted tickets per production (where available):
· Premium / Standard Individual Membership - 1 discounted ticket per show
· Premium / Standard Joint Membership - 2 discounted tickets per show
· Standard Group of 4 Membership - 4 discounted tickets per show
· All membership-discounted tickets must be booked with a valid membership.
· E-tickets will be sent to the members e-mail address recorded on the Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall.
· Membership ticket discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Membership discounts and priority booking are available online at TRCH.CO.UK or from the box office (0115 989 5555). When booking online, please login first before selecting any tickets and your membership will be recognised automatically. You don’t need to enter your membership ID number. Please have your membership ID number ready if you are booking through the Box Office so staff can process your request quickly and efficiently.
Membership Communications
· You will receive a welcome e-mail approx. 48 hours after joining or renewing your membership which will include your e-membership card.
· We will send you relevant emails relating to your membership, as well as a priority brochure by post if you have subscribed to receive marketing emails / mailings by post. You can update your preferences in your account online. If you would prefer not to receive any membership e-mails or the priority brochure in the post, this can also be updated in your account online or by contacting memberships@trch.co.uk or telephoning (0115) 989 5555.
· Although we endeavour to advertise show on sale dates, there may be occasions where prior notification is not possible and when shows are advertised nationally first.
General Terms & Conditions
· Your e-membership card will be included in your welcome email. A printed version of the welcome email is available upon request by contacting memberships@trch.co.uk
· There is a 14 day cooling off period where a full refund will be provided if you change your mind.
· To take advantage of city centre / nearby offers, simply print or show your membership details on your welcome email on arrival to claim the discount. Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and click on the ‘My Memberships’ section to show your valid membership details.
· You can renew your membership any time within two months of your current membership expiry date. Your new membership will commence the day after your current membership expires. When renewing your membership, please allow a minimum of seven days before the expiry date to ensure that you do not miss any membership benefits.
· You can upgrade your membership at any time during the year.
