Louise Spencer is a classically trained harpist, pianist and singer, whose atmospheric compositions explore electronic and ambient music. Her recent collaborations include ambient harp soundscapes and orchestral music featuring the harp, as well as her own solo piano and solo harp releases. Hailing from Nottingham, she frequently tours the country and showcases her diverse styles spanning classical, electronic, jazz and pop music. During the 2023 Coronation of King Charles III, Louise was featured as BBC Introducing’s ‘Composer of the Week’ on Radio 3, and her music has been featured several times on the Sleeping Forecast on BBC Sounds.

This After Hours performance includes music from Louiseā€™s latest album of piano and found sounds, with pieces from her ambient harp album, music by Einaudi and some intriguing pop transcriptions.

This event follows an earlier concert with Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and ticket holders can access this After Hours event for free.
