Our open and airy foyers in both the Royal Concert Hall and Theatre Royal, are generous spaces for up to 200 people that can be used for a variety of occasions from networking events, to performance recitals or even exhibitions.
Level 2 Foyer – Royal Concert Hall
Our Level 2 foyer in the Royal Concert Hall is a large, open space offering flexible furniture choices that can be adapted to suit your needs, whatever group size.
A full length bar, partnered with CGC Event Caterers, and access to a separate buffet bar provides convenient catering options for your event.
A connecting outdoor terrace can also be hired, giving you plenty of room to spread out and impress your guests under a covered canopy.
The Level 2 foyer also has accessible toilet facilities, as well as full lift access.

Level 4 Foyer – Royal Concert Hall
With a fantastic outlook to the city skyline, the Level 4 foyer offers panoramic views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The foyer has a programmable theatre lighting system to suit every occasion, with the option to add colour washes and AV effects. With our beautiful Steinway grand piano available for hire, your event can stand out from the crowd with a truly special atmosphere.
From cocktails to canapés, dinner to dessert, our team can cater for both stand-up and sit-down events, satisfying a variety of tastes and budgets. The Level 4 foyer is also serviced by a full length bar stocked with bespoke gins, fine wines and traditional favourites.
Completely self-contained, the foyer has both lift and stair access and has toilet facilities conveniently located on the same level.

Dress Circle Foyer – Theatre Royal

This adaptable space has lift access and a full length bar. Located on the same floor level as our outdoor terrace, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out under a covered canopy.

Upper Circle Foyer – Theatre Royal
Located on the top floor of the Theatre Royal, the Upper Circle foyer is an intimate space. With traditional furnishings and charming original features, the foyer radiates period nostalgia and is the perfect place to cherish memories, both old and new.
The foyer has toilet facilities conveniently situated on the same level, as well as lift access and a RADAR key accessible toilet, making it a self-contained space for everyone.
Guests can also take advantage of a full length bar and open-air, private terrace with outdoor seating and tables.
