Gok Wan’s design a costume competition – win tickets for your school year group!

The Theatre Royal has teamed up with Magical Merman, Gok Wan, from this year’s high-flying swashbuckling panto Peter Pan ?‍☠️, to run an amazing competition – just for schools!

Gok would like you to design a costume for the Magical Merman by thinking about what he does, where he lives, colours and textures of fabrics. See the video message below for more details…

Closing date for entries is 11.59pm Friday 29 November.
Gok Wan will drawer the winner week commencing Monday 2 December.
Tickets are for the winning entry’s year group only.
The winning school can choose from one of these performance dates only, Thursday 12, Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19 December 2024.
Transport to and from the Theatre Royal is not included and should be arranged by the winning school.
If a school has already purchased their tickets and the winning entry is from here, then tickets for the winning year group will be refunded, not the whole school booking (if relevant).
Please note that the winning design will not be made.
